I need to raise a Purchase Order for G.V() licenses. What do I do?

Ask your procurement team to get in touch with us as support@gdotv.com.

Alternatively, G.V() Pro can be purchased through IT Vendors such as SHI, Insight, iT1 Source, etc.

We will work directly with your procurement team to complete any onboarding process that may be required.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase G.V() licenses using any of the following payment methods:

How do I sign up for a free trial?

Simply download and install G.V() and a free trial sign up form will be presented to you for a free two weeks trial of G.V() Pro. No credit card required!

If you’re an Aerospike Graph user, you’ll be granted a full 60 days trial to match your Aerospike Graph trial. Simply connect your Aerospike Graph database on G.V() and fill the sign up form to claim your free trial.

Once your trial expires, you will need to purchase the appropriate license to continue using the full G.V() functionality.
Can I increase or decrease license count during my subscription? What about cancellation?
Yes and yes. You can manage your license at any time by going to https://subscriptions.gdotv.com
From your subscription management portal, you can:

Increase or decrease the count of machines on your license

Change your preferred payment method

Change your billing address

Cancel your subscription

Note: you will need your License ID and License Key to access your subscription management portal.
What do I get when I purchase a license?

Upon purchasing your license, an email will be sent to you containing your license details.

These details can be used to activate the license on the G.V() software.

If you have bought a license for more than one seat, these same details can be used for each seat.

Are payments secure? How do you process payments?

We take security very seriously, which is why all aspects of billing and payment processing for G.V() is handled by our billing partner, Stripe.

Stripe is a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Do you offer discounts?

If you’re a startup or small business (100 employees or less) looking to purchase G.V() Pro or Aerospike licenses, you apply for a 20% discount here.

We generally aim to respond to all discount requests within 3 business days.

We’re a small business ourselves and understand a lower price point helps!

I've purchased my license and I want to transfer it to a different machine. How do I do it?

G.V() allows moving your license between machines if you would like to transfer it between different users or if you have changed your computer, for instance.

To prevent abuse there is a limit of 20 activation operations per seat on your license. This means you can move each of your license’s seat between devices up to 20 times.

Can I get a floating license for G.V()?
How does G.V() handle my data?

G.V() is a software executable that runs locally on your device, and does not rely on any additional infrastructure to deliver its functionality.

This means that all of your data stays within your organization’s local network. In short, it’s as secure as can be.
