How does gdotv Enterprise work?
Deployed from the AWS, Azure or Google Cloud marketplace using Kubernetes in under 30 minutes, via a new or pre-provisioned cluster. Also available to self-host via Kubernetes or Docker Compose the same way.
Connect gdotv to your identity stack over SAML, OIDC or LDAP, define gdotv roles and map them to groups from your user store. Fine-grained policy controls can also be implemented to suit advanced Identity & Access Management requirements.
Connect any of the 30+ supported databases centrally, wherever they run. Roles determine access for users on a per database and action basis. Configure once, tailor access organization wide.

How long does it take to deploy gdotv Enterprise
gdotv can be deployed on a from a new or existing Kubernetes cluster in under 30 minutes. Once deployed, identity provider and user onboarding takes a few hours. Finally, connecting your graph endpoints and configuring roles against them is just a matter of minutes. We provide support and guidance with this process as every team and organization operates differently.
How does gdotv handle our data?
gdotv is deployed in your own cloud account or infrastructure and connects directly to your databases. No data is transferred outside of your own premises and graph databases. We do not host infrastructure or data on your behalf so you retain full control and security over your data.
What is gdotv Enterprise's access control model?
Role-based access control by default. Each database connection on gdotv comes with preset roles (Business, Developer and Admin) that provide varying degrees of access. Custom roles can be created and assigned to database connections to provide granular access based on other criteria. Advanced access control policies (time-based, attribute based, etc) can be configured via Keycloak for even finer grained controls.
Can we use our own identity provider?
Yes. gdotv Enterprise deploys Keycloak as part of its stack, providing enterprise grade Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities that can be configured to work alongside common enterprise IAM products and infrastructure (Okta, OneLogin, EntraID, LDAP, etc).
Can gdotv run in an isolated or air-gapped network?
Yes. Self-hosted deployments can be licensed offline with a licence file, so a network with no route to the internet, inside a cloud account or otherwise, can run gdotv Enterprise. Government cloud regions such as AWS GovCloud are not yet supported, please contact us if this is a requirement.
Is it highly available?
Every component that makes up the gdotv Enterprise technology stack can be scaled horizontally and vertically. The dependencies gdotv Enterprises use (PostgreSQL and Keycloak) have well documented industry practices for scalability. The gdotv container itself is stateless and can be safely ran across replicas.
Do we have to move or change our databases?
No. gdotv connects to what you already run: 30+ databases, property graph and RDF, self-hosted or managed, across as many of them as you have. For custom integration requests, please get in touch.
How is gdotv Enterprise priced?
Pricing vary depending on the deployment method (self-hosted or via cloud marketplaces). Private offers can be issued for bespoke terms and pricing. Self-hosted deployments are an annual agreement. Book a meeting to discuss your needs.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes. Free trials are available through the marketplaces and for self-hosted deployments. Before trialing, we recommend booking a meeting to discuss your use cases and needs, and provide a guided evaluation of our product.

Priority support and a named account manager, assistance with deployment, upgrades and database-specific questions. We answer all support queries within a day.
